We believe that the labour force and wide practical experience is critical to the success of our Company in the light of the fact that P&I and Surveying business expects to work with qualified and professional personnel. The overwhelming majority of the Company’s services consists of intellectual capital requiring an investment emphasis on hiring & training the qualified personnel.
So, all the employees are properly trained and educated to act as surveyors and P&I correspondents. The staff has clear understanding of the standards of Correspondent’s work required by P&I Clubs for protecting the interests of their Members. The management and staff of the company consists of high-class claims-handlers and surveyors having higher marine education. All the employees have acquired comprehensive theoretical professional knowledge supported with a wealth of practical experience varying 10 to 25 years.
